No. It is a membership plan offered directly by Eagle Mountain Dentistry. You pay one annual fee to our office, and your preventive care and member discount are handled in house without an insurance carrier, claim forms, or approvals.

The adult plan is $450 per year and saves members $688 annually. Each additional spouse or child plan is $350 per year and saves $738 annually. The fee covers a full twelve months from the date you enroll.

Every plan includes two comprehensive exams, two regular cleanings, two sets of x-rays, one panoramic x-ray, and 20% off all additional dental treatment for one year.

Yes. The member discount applies to additional dental care completed at our Saginaw office during your plan year, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and other treatment recommended by your dentist.

There are none. Members have no waiting periods, no deductibles, no yearly maximums, no pre-authorization requirements, and no pre-existing condition limitations. No one is denied coverage.
